Results for GfK TEMAX® Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the fourth quarter of 2018

Jeddah, February 15, 2019 – The Saudi Arabian Technical Consumer Goods (TCG) market in Q4 2018 reported a decline of -14.4%, with a turnover of SAR7.33 billion, when compared to the same period in 2017. 

All the sectors reported a decline, Major Domestic Appliances (down by 27.8%), Photography (down by 21.8%), Office Equipment & Consumables (down by 14.8%), Telecommunications (down by 12.6%), Consumer Electronics (down by 11%), Information Technology (down by 10.6%) and Small Domestic Appliances (down by 9.6%).
