 GfK Temax results for Romania, Q1 2018

Bucharest, May 2, 2018 – With an increase of 26.1pp compared with the same period of 2017, the technical consumer goods registered a positive evolution at the end of the first quarter of 2018. Telecom had a significant contribution to the growth, recording an increase of 54.3pp. The growth is driven mainly by high-end smartphones. IT and CE increased by double digit, while major domestic appliances showed a modest evolution (4.7%).
