GfK TEMAX results for Kazakhstan, Q3 2018

Almaty, November 28th 2018 – The technical consumer goods (TCG) market in Kazakhstan overall sales increased by 29% in national currency terms in Q3 2018 vs. Q3 2017.

In the third quarter of 2018, the growth of the market by month, as in the previous quarter, was uneven. In July, due to interest-free installments, market growth rates were higher than in August and September. Interest-free installments still remain a significant sales catalyst.
