Summer brings good results for the Italian Technical Consumer Goods Market in Q3 2018

GfK TEMAX® results for Italy, Q3 2018

Milan, November 8, 2018 – In Q3 2018, the Italian Technical Consumer Goods (TCG) market recorded a robust growth (+2.6 percent) compared to the same quarter of the previous year, with a generated revenue of €4.5 billion. The Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) and Information Technology (IT), which respectively rose by +7.6% and +7.1%, were the fastest growing sectors. A rise in revenue was registered also for Telecommunications (TC) and Consumer Electronics (CE) sectors. Meanwhile, the Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) showed a slight decline.
