GfK TEMAX results for Indonesia, Q1 2020

Jakarta, May 12, 2020 – The Technical Consumer Goods (TCG) market in Indonesia registered +2.0 percent value growth for Q1 2020 (Jan-Mar), com-pared to same period in 2019. Two categories TELCO (+4.3%) and MDA (+3.6%) still manage to have positive movement while other key categories like Consumer Electronics (-3.7%) and IT (-1.0%) are showing decline movement. The biggest drop showed by PHO (-27.4%) as more travelling re-striction due to COVID 19 Pandemic.
