In this third quarter Argentinian market decreased 16,3% in Units and grew 52,6% in val-ue terms compared with the same period last year.
Hiper&Super was the channel with the worst performance compared with the third quar-ter, they lost 2,4 points of share in units and 1,49 in value. At the same time, inside the Specialist channel, Tiers II and III are taking away share from Tier I.
The only sector that showed growth in both units and value terms was MDA due to COOKING, COOLING, GAS WATER HEAT, ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS and DISH-WASHERS. The rest of them showed decreases or flat movements.
