Thailand Technical Consumer Goods market slightly growth in Q3 2017

GfK TEMAX® results for Thailand, Q3 2017

Thailand, November 15, 2017 –The Thailand technical consumer goods market grew by 1.0 percent in the third quarter of 2017, compared to the same quarter last year.
The positive sales growth of Thailand technical consumer goods market was contributed by all major segments except Information Technology. These are Consumer Electronic (CE), Photography (PH), Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Major Domestic Appliance (MDA), Office Equipment & Consumable and Telecommunications (TEL), which grew by 2.4%, 30.4%, 20.3%, 6.5%, 17.3% and 5.1% respectively. While Information Technology decreased 24 percent com-pared to Q3 2016.
