Results for GfK TEMAX® Russia for Q3 2017.

Moscow, November 15, 2017 – In the third quarter of 2017, the Russian technical consumer goods (TCG) market contracted by 4 percent, compared to the same quarter in 2016. The market was supported by postponed de-mand coming back. Only the photo and office equipment declined (-12.9% and -6.9% respectively) while domestic appliances (MDA, SDA) markets trend was less negative (-1.6% and -1.7%) being affected by deflation trend. All other sectors grew in value ranging from 2% to 10%. The TCG market in Rus-sia generated revenue of 371.4 billion Rub in Q3 2017 and 986.7 billion Rub in Q1-Q3 2017.
