GfK TEMAX® results for Korea, Q1 2017

Seoul, May 11, 2017 –The Korea technical consumer goods (TCG) market increased by 2.7 percent in the first quarter 2017, compared to the same quarter last year.
5 out of 7 categories Major Domestic Appliances (MDA), Information Technology (IT), Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Consumer Electronics (CE), and Telecommunications (TC) managed to positive growth, while the rest 2 were in negative. 4 of those, namely Photography (PH) and Office Equipment and Consumables (OE) show negative growth in sales, compared to Q1 2017.
