A difficult start to the year 2017 for the French technical consumer goods market

GfK TEMAX results for France, Q1 2017

Paris, May15, 2017 - The technical consumer goods (TGC) market in France registered a fall in Q1 2017 - down by 4.7 percent, compared to the same quarter in 2016. CE market suffers strongly due to the 2016 TV Switch off with a double digits fall (-29.3%). All other sectors are also in decline. Only SDA and Telecommunications manage to generate some additionnal growth.
