GfK TEMAX® results for Austria, Q1 2017

Vienna, May 5th, 2017 – In the first quarter of 2017, the Austrian technical consumer goods (TCG) market grew by +1.8% compared to the first quarter of 2016. Two sectors, consumer electronics (CE) and information technology (IT), slightly trailed behind their results of Q1 2016, whereas major domestic appliances (MDA) proved to be particularly dynamic, showing a +6.5% increase in revenue.
